Yaftino

Help visitors find what they mean, even when they type it differently.

Someone searches for اداپتور, but your product is called آداپتور. Another visitor types نرم افزار while your article uses نرم‌افزار. Yaftino helps these searches connect with your content, using the search form your site already has.

Use it for a blog, a WooCommerce shop, or a site with both. Yaftino improves matching and gives relevant titles priority, while keeping your theme’s search layout and the content itself unchanged. Persian and English search are supported; Arabic matching can be enabled when you need it.

Different spellings, useful results

• Match Persian and Arabic forms of ی/ي and ک/ك, and Persian, Arabic and English digits.

• In ordinary Persian search, آ and ا match automatically.

• Handle supported space and half-space variants without adding a synonym for every spelling.

• Keep quantities distinct: ۵۰وات matches 50 W, not 500 W; 5 cm is different from 5 mm.

Make search fit your content

• Add your own synonyms for alternate names, brands or equivalent phrases: up to 500 groups, with 2–10 phrases each.

• Choose language-specific groups or share a group across supported languages.

• Give title matches priority while respecting an explicitly selected sort order.

• Optionally improve search in the dashboard Posts and Products lists, preserving product ID and SKU lookup.

• Optionally let shoppers find products with a complete SKU, including a variation SKU that leads to its parent product.

Help after a search finds nothing

Persian keyboard correction can try the same keys in the Persian layout after an empty search. You can also turn on close matches for some typing mistakes, last-word completion, model-code beginnings, or Persian singular/plural matching. Each option has its own safeguards; numbers, units and other search filters stay protected.

These features do not promise a match for every typo.

With the matching options enabled, lamp pa can find lamp park, and 7823 can find a title containing model 7823B. Your own synonyms can connect names such as LED and ال‌ای‌دی.

See what visitors are looking for

Optional local statistics show search phrases, how often they were searched, and searches with or without results. Results-page searches and supported live-search requests have separate reports. Filter the reports and delete selected records or clear them all whenever you need to.

You can also download the filtered report as a CSV file for a spreadsheet, including results beyond the current page. For very large reports, narrow the dates or phrase before downloading.

Your site, your search form

Yaftino is free and runs search locally, without an external search account or subscription. It follows the content types, language, permissions and filters of supported searches. It does not add a new search bar or replace your theme’s result design.

Start with the features you need. Arabic matching, dashboard matching, statistics, Persian plurals, close matches and word/model-prefix completion are off on a new installation.

Privacy

Local tables hold normalized text, spellings and optional source-linked title words/model codes. Title words serve close matches and completion. Tables grow with content.

Matching and statistics use no external services or tracking identifiers.

Optional statistics store search phrases, dates, language, content types, request source and aggregate counts, without IP addresses, user IDs or cookies. Search phrases can contain personal information. Retention is up to 90 days while scheduled cleanup runs, with a periodically enforced target of 50,000 daily aggregate rows.

Cleanup needs working WordPress cron or manual continuation. Admins can delete selected/all records. Disclose collection in your privacy policy before enabling it.

Optional feedback by email

Feedback never interrupts activation, deactivation or deletion. Admins must check consent (initially unchecked) and click Send feedback by email.

com. It includes the selected reason, message, Yaftino version and optional reply address entered by the administrator. No statistics, content, customer data, IP address or site URL is attached automatically.

Mail headers may include the sender address; providers may retain logs. org. Only a one-minute rate-limit timestamp is stored until uninstall.

The developer’s Gmail mailbox is subject to Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms.

Mail acceptance does not guarantee delivery. Do not send secrets, license keys or customer information. Uninstall never sends feedback.
