This plugin connects to the following third-party services. No data is sent to any of them until you take the action described.

Google Sheets and Google Drive (required)

The plugin’s core purpose is to send your Gravity Forms entries to a Google spreadsheet. Once you connect a Google account and configure a feed, the entry values you have mapped are transmitted to the Google Sheets API each time that form is submitted. The plugin also reads your Google Drive file list so you can pick an existing spreadsheet, and can create new spreadsheets on your behalf.

Your Google access and refresh tokens are stored in your own WordPress database. A Google account is required.

The “Connect with Google” one-click option uses our OAuth relay so that you do not have to create your own Google Cloud project, Client ID and Client Secret. com when you start the connection, and sends the installation ID and refresh token when an access token needs renewing. The relay returns a Google access token.

Disconnecting from the plugin settings tells the relay to discard its copy. You can avoid this service entirely by choosing “Use Manual Setup” and entering your own Google Client ID and Client Secret, in which case the plugin talks only to Google.
