Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →
WP PlugIndex currently records WP Feedburner Email Subscriber version 1.2.0 as active, updated 3h ago and tested up to WordPress 7.1.
Overview
About this plugin
WP Feedburner Email Subscriber adds an Email Subscriber widget. Paste your Feedburner feed name, drop the widget in any sidebar or widget area, and visitors can subscribe to your feed by email.
Features
Simple widget with a title and a Feedburner feed name.
Paste either the feed name ( onlinesolve ) or the full feed address ( https://feeds.feedburner.com/onlinesolve ).
Shows the Feedburner subscriber counter.
Lightweight: the stylesheet and script only load on pages that show the widget.
Important notice about Feedburner
Google announced that Feedburner’s automated email delivery was retired in July 2021. Feedburner RSS feeds continue to work, but Google may no longer send subscription emails for feeds. Please check your Feedburner account before relying on this plugin for email delivery.

External services
This plugin connects to Google Feedburner, a third-party service, to let visitors subscribe to your feed.
When a visitor submits the subscribe form, the email address they enter and your feed name are sent to feedburner.google.com, which then opens a confirmation popup.
When the widget is displayed, the visitor’s browser loads the subscriber counter image from feeds.feedburner.com. This sends the visitor’s IP address and browser details to Google, as with any image request.
This service is provided by Google: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy.
