Email Inquiry & Cart Options for WooCommerce allows you to fine tune the e-commerce accessibility on your WooCommerce site by setting ‘Rules’ that apply to all site visitors. Fine tune access to the e-commerce function for logged in users by assigning the Rules to WordPress user roles, including the WooCommerce Customer and Store manager Roles.

Templating
If you are a coder and wish to add your own style (that can�t be added from the plugins settings) the plugin supports template over rides. Copy any template file into your theme and apply custom CSS from there.

Install and activate the plugin
