Diagnostics & Error Reporting (Optional)
When an administrator enables the “Diagnostics & Reporting” toggle in Certificate Customizer settings, the plugin sends:
- Error reports for PHP errors related to this plugin
- A daily heartbeat with environment info (WordPress version, PHP version, LearnDash version, active theme/plugins)
- Site URL and admin email for identification, support follow-up, compatibility checks, and product improvement
