Active installationsNewAdoption metric — not a quality score

Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →
WP PlugIndex currently records Sentrixa SEO version 1.3.6 as active, updated 22d ago and tested up to WordPress 7.1.

This plugin works entirely on your own site. The only optional external call is IndexNow:
IndexNow (api.indexnow.org). Off by default. If you switch it on under Sentrixa SEO > Settings > Indexing and discovery, the address of a page (and your site’s host name and a random key) is sent to the IndexNow service each time you publish or change that page, so participating search engines (such as Bing and Yandex) learn about it immediately. No visitor data is sent. See https://www.indexnow.org/ for the service and its terms.
