SanBar EXPress Store Manager for WooCommerce (formerly “SanBar EXPress Sheet for WooCommerce”) brings a fast, keyboard-friendly, spreadsheet-style editor for your WooCommerce catalog. No more clicking into one product at a time — see and edit dozens of products on a single screen.

The plugin was renamed to reflect what the product line has become: alongside this free edition, there is now a Plus edition with additional store-management tools (attributes, variations, custom fields, fiscal data, price calculator, change history, full backup/sync, and user accounts with per-person permissions). This listing, slug, and update path stay exactly the same — same plugin, new display name.

Integration with the SanBar Suite

Works on its own. When the other SanBar plugins are installed, they plug into the 🔌 Integrations menu and the product popups, without depending on each other:

• SanBar EXPress NF-e XML Import — imports purchase invoices and creates products/drafts; inside the Store Manager its window filters the grid to the products just created

• SanBar EXPress Fiscal Check-BR — colors the fiscal buttons of the grid and of the variations window (gray, red, yellow, green) and opens its diagnosis in a window; with XML Import, the flow XML Import → Fiscal Check → grid filter of the same products happens inside the Store Manager (requires the Plus edition of the Store Manager)

• SanBar EXPress IMG Tuner — a ⚙ badge on each image of the image popup opens the image editor; the edited picture shows up in the popup and the grid right away

• SanBar EXPress Catalog Hub — manage product tables and add the selected products to a table

• SanBar EXPress NF-e & PDV — uses the same fiscal fields edited here to issue NF-e/NFC-e; the store tax regime is shared

Why use this plugin?

The native WooCommerce product list is great for browsing but slow for bulk editing. The Quick Edit and Bulk Edit features cover only a few fields. CSV imports are powerful but error-prone.

SanBar EXPress Store Manager sits between them: a familiar spreadsheet UI with full validation, designed for shop owners who add or update many products per day.

Permissions

• Reading the sheet requires the edit_products capability.

• Editing a specific product requires edit_product for that post.

• Deleting requires delete_product.

• Creating tags/brands/suppliers requires the corresponding taxonomy edit_terms capability.

• Listing categories, brands, tags, and suppliers requires edit_products (prevents data exposure to lower roles).

Shop Managers and Editors with proper WooCommerce roles get appropriate access without elevated privileges.
