Products Clearance Sale for WooCommerce is a WooCommerce compatible plugin which enables you to automatically backup existing products and launch them on right time with updated price, description and images. It is certainly an attraction for the earlybird customers.
How it works
- In Products, choose “Next Period” in the stock status filter and click Go. Your products are backed up as drafts.
- Edit the Next Period products: new prices, descriptions and images.
- Click “Launch the Next Period Products”. The drafts are published and the original products are removed.
You will also find a WooCommerce > Clearance Sale screen with the current status and a short guide.
Pro add-on (optional, plug and play)
The Pro add-on is a drop-in pro folder inside the plugin directory. If the folder exists the Pro features switch on automatically (no license key, no extra plugin). If it does not exist, the free features simply keep working.
- Scheduled launch with an email report (WP-Cron).
- Complete clone: description, short description, author, menu order and variations of variable products.
- Safe launch: move the original products to the Trash instead of deleting them, and keep draft / private products unpublished.
