About this plugin
Prajesh SEO provides a local content workspace, post/page/custom post type metadata, configurable title and description templates, social tags, canonical overrides, indexing requests, WordPress XML sitemap filtering, standard structured data and basic local redirects.
- WordPress-native wp.element and wp.components backend with local dependencies.
- Load editable content site-wide in batches, then search/filter the complete snapshot.
- Edit per-page titles and descriptions in a table; preview and undo batches of up to 100 items.
- Export all loaded, filtered content as CSV without a paid row allowance.
- On-demand public output checks: titles, descriptions, canonicals, noindex meta/HTTP headers and JSON-LD syntax.
- Spot duplicate metadata and repeated schema entity declarations; acknowledge findings per user without hiding the evidence.
- Undo the last metadata batch per user. Later edits are preserved.
- Preview supported Yoast or Rank Math post metadata before import. Source metadata is never deleted.
- Add exact-match 301 or 302 local redirects with loop checks.
- Optional, bounded 404 logging: paths only, 7 days, 200 entries, sampled to limit writes.
- Standard Organization/Person, WebSite, BlogPosting and BreadcrumbList schema. WooCommerce remains responsible for product schema.
- Breadcrumbs shortcode: [prajesh_seo_breadcrumbs].
- Local operation: no vendor account, telemetry, remote fonts or external API requests.

Scope
Overview counters cover the latest 50 published items. The content workspace separately loads all editable items, with incomplete results clearly labelled. It is a snapshot, not a background index.
Bulk edits are processed in batches of 100; this is a request size bound, not a paid allowance.
Public checks inspect one published, unprotected permalink on this exact site origin per request. They fetch without authentication cookies, follow no redirects, execute no JavaScript and inspect at most 512 KB. A blocked, redirected, non-HTML or incomplete response is not verified.
Structured-data detection is not a full schema validator. Checks do not confirm Google indexation or rich-result eligibility. Settings changes mark saved reports stale; other integrations and caches can change output, so rerun checks as needed.
Maximum 30 checks per minute per user protects server resources.
No taxonomy/archive SEO editor, Search Console, AI, redirect CSV tools or JSON restoration is included. Global settings and redirects do not have undo. JSON export is limited to 2,000 items; content CSV has no item allowance.
Migration previews process up to 100 eligible records and skip unsupported variables. Review global templates and schema manually. Single-site WordPress only; network activation is not supported.
Privacy
No data is sent to the developer. If enabled, 404 logging stores request paths and sampled counts. Paths can themselves contain personal data.
No IP, query string, user agent or referrer is stored. Logs expire after 7 days and are limited to 200 paths. Turning logging off clears stored paths.
The last public verification report is stored on its content item until replaced or deleted; per-user review acknowledgements remain local. Public checks request only your own site and send no content to the developer. Data is preserved on uninstall unless an administrator enables deletion.
Batch previews and the last undo batch are stored in user metadata. Previews can be applied for 15 minutes and may remain stored until replaced or consumed; the next metadata batch replaces the last undo record. Exports contain site metadata and should be kept private.
