Useful for everyday store messages
Create order note templates for shipping updates, delivery delays, payment reminders, and internal handover notes. Messages are added only when a staff member clicks a button. The plugin does not track shipments, change order status, or send automatic reminders.
Personalize your order notes
Supported placeholders:
{customer_name}, {customer_first_name}, {customer_last_name}, {order_number}, {order_id}, {order_total}, {order_status}, {billing_email}, {billing_phone}, {shipping_address}, {site_name}.
Example: Hello {customer_first_name}, your order #{order_number} has shipped.

Email and privacy
Customer notes use WooCommerce’s existing Customer note email and your site’s mail configuration. This plugin does not provide SMTP delivery or guarantee inbox placement. Private notes do not trigger customer emails.
Templates are stored in your WordPress database. The plugin does not add telemetry or contact external services directly. Customer messages use the site’s existing mail provider.
Templates and order notes are retained when the plugin is deactivated or deleted.
