About this plugin
Orivio is a customer support platform with live chat, AI answers, shared
inbox, and a knowledge base. This plugin puts the Orivio chat widget on your
WordPress or WooCommerce site without touching any code:
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Click “Connect to Orivio” and approve.
- Your chat widget is live.

Order lookup in chat
When you enable Order lookup in your Orivio dashboard, customers can ask
the chat widget about their own order. After the customer proves they own
the order (a one-time code sent to the email on the order), the order’s
status, tracking, items and total are sent to Orivio solely to answer that
customer’s question in chat. Nothing is shared until you turn the feature
on, and you can turn it off at any time. Customers can also ask whether a
product is in stock.
External services
When you connect from the Orivio dashboard, you approve Orivio on your site’s
own WordPress “Authorize Application” screen. Orivio uses that one-time
Application Password only to install and activate this plugin (from the
org directory) and to link it to your account, then deletes it.
This plugin loads the Orivio chat widget script from Orivio’s content
js) on your public pages when
the widget is enabled. The widget connects to Orivio’s servers to deliver

When Order lookup is enabled, order details for a verified customer’s own
order are sent to Orivio to answer their question.
