Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →
WP PlugIndex currently records Nature Inspiration version 0.0.1 as active, updated 11y ago and tested up to WordPress 4.2.
Overview
About this plugin
A WordPress widget that accepts a set of image preferences and a 500px api key. Will show up as a title and a button in your sidebar. When someone clicks the button it will search 500px for an image matching your preferences and display a result in a lightbox style popup.
Each click will likely have a different result, so it should help give you some ideas.
