About this plugin
Kaddora Email Marketing – Campaign Builder & Automation is a WordPress email campaign tool. The free plugin lets you create and manage campaigns, edit email content with the visual builder, manage subscribers and lists, import and export subscribers with CSV, use subscription forms, schedule campaigns, send test emails, view delivery activity and use privacy tools for subscriber data.
What is included in the free plugin?
- Campaign creation and sending: Create campaigns, save drafts, send test messages, queue a campaign for subscribed contacts, or schedule delivery. There is no Kaddora Email Marketing licence check, paid sending quota or plugin-imposed sending cut-off in this free package.
- Visual builder: Use the Text, Heading, Button and Form elements, plus shared layout, spacing, typography, responsive visibility, undo/redo and save controls.
- Editable free templates: Product Launch, Weekly Digest and Customer Welcome can be imported, edited and used in campaigns without a licence.
- Subscriber management: Manage subscribers and lists, import/export CSV files, and view subscription status and source.
- Signup and consent tools: Public subscription forms include a consent checkbox, honeypot and rate limiting. WooCommerce newsletter opt-in is optional and is only used when enabled by the site administrator and the customer checks the separate consent box.
- Sending options: Use the site’s WordPress mail transport, an administrator-configured SMTP server, SendGrid or Mailjet. Each delivery option needs its own working configuration.
- Privacy and activity: Use WordPress privacy export/erase integrations, unsubscribe flows, delivery queues and activity information.
The plugin itself does not charge for sending messages and does not require a paid Kaddora Email Marketing licence to send campaigns. Your hosting provider, SMTP service, or third-party delivery provider may impose their own pricing, sending limits, rate limits or terms. Those external provider limits are not imposed by this plugin.
What is offered separately by Kaddora Email Marketing Pro?
Kaddora Email Marketing Pro is a separate commercial offering. Advanced trigger-based automation rules and execution, additional builder element implementations, and complete editable Pro template designs are provided only by the separately distributed Kaddora Email Marketing Pro offering. org package, rather than being bundled here and disabled by a licence check.
This free plugin does not download or install executable Pro code from an external server.
The template gallery is divided into visibly separate Free templates and Pro templates sections. The Free section contains the three editable designs listed above. Each Pro card uses a static image and basic catalog metadata only; the complete preview opens in a scrollable preview window, and the Pro template locked action is disabled in the free plugin.
Pro template HTML, design settings, editable definitions and import logic are not shipped in this directory package. The Pro cards are previews, not locally implemented features that are disabled until payment. Free campaign creation, editing, scheduling and sending do not depend on buying Pro.
The free plugin includes campaign scheduling, which is different from trigger-based automation. Scheduled campaigns send at a configured time. Trigger-based automation workflows react to events, evaluate rules and run sequences; those advanced automation implementations are part of the separate Pro offering and are not shipped as locked functionality in this free package.
Public subscription forms require explicit marketing consent. When the plugin migrates legacy subscriber records that do not have a stored consent timestamp, it places those records in pending status so they are not mailed until consent is reconfirmed. A WooCommerce order never subscribes a customer by itself: the administrator must enable the integration and the customer must separately opt in.
Every outgoing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests require a confirmation action so automated email-security scanners do not unsubscribe a contact merely by opening a link. Only explicit provider rate-limit rejections are automatically retried, with a maximum of three attempts and backoff.
Ambiguous transport timeouts and server errors are not automatically replayed because a delivery provider may already have accepted the message; review provider logs before manually retrying those entries. Completed queue records are retained for up to 90 days and delivery activity logs for up to 180 days. By default, deactivation and uninstall preserve campaigns, subscribers, templates, logs and settings.
Enable the irreversible Delete all Kaddora Email Marketing database data when uninstalled setting before uninstalling if you want the plugin-owned tables/options removed. The plugin does not delete WooCommerce order records.
Replace campaign links, promotional terms, images and content before sending. Scheduled sending uses WordPress cron; sites with little traffic may need a server cron task. WooCommerce opt-in requires WooCommerce.

SMTP sends through the mail server configured by the administrator. WordPress mail uses the site’s configured mail transport. Images bundled with templates are served by the WordPress site.
Custom images and links may use hosts chosen by the site administrator in the builder. This plugin does not use an external AI service.
Bundled asset licensing
0-or-later. They use geometric artwork and generic placeholder copy, without third-party stock photographs or logos. The preview directory includes its own provenance and license notice.
