About this plugin
Design the labels and paperwork your WooCommerce shop needs in one visual editor. Print product, barcode and address labels, or create packing slips, delivery notes and job sheets with product tables that continue across pages. Preview with an order and generate PDFs on your own site.
Custom label sizes, A4 and Letter documents and partly used sticker sheets are supported.

Design once, use it again
- Text, local Media Library images, rectangles, lines, QR codes and Code128/EAN barcodes.

Keep PDF generation on your own site
PDF generation runs locally. No external PDF service, CDN, analytics or licence key is required. Downloaded PDFs may contain personal information; store and share them securely.
Pro add-on
Label and Document Designer Pro is a separate plugin. It adds order-event rules, background generation, private operational document history and email/manual print workflows. It also includes numbered invoices, refund-linked credit notes, original PDF preservation, customer account downloads, customer order email attachments and ZIP export.
Automatic invoice issuing is optional and off by default. Financial documents use a separate register and do not expire with operational PDFs. The Free plugin contains no licence-gated features or Pro installer.
Dispatch-address layouts are not carrier postage labels. Batch and best-before fields require configuration for your own product data. Printer transport is not included: open and print the downloaded PDF yourself.

Source code and build instructions
Editable JavaScript is included in resources/. txt and PHP dependency build tools in tools/ are included. No private repository access is needed to inspect or rebuild this plugin.

External services and privacy
com and does not load remote scripts, fonts or images. Links in its admin screens open only when clicked. Templates remain in your WordPress database.
Manual PDFs are returned to your browser and are not retained by the Free plugin. Installing the separate Pro add-on adds document storage and optional email workflows; see its own documentation.
