Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →
WP PlugIndex currently records CSDev Dash Clock version 1.0 as active, updated 1mo ago and tested up to WordPress 7.1.
Overview
About this plugin
CSDev Dash Clock adds a small live clock to the WordPress admin bar so you always know what time it is on the site you’re managing.
Features:
Live clock in the admin bar, updated every second.
Shows the site’s configured timezone next to the time (e.g. “Buenos Aires UTC-3”).
Click the clock to toggle between the site timezone and UTC. The choice is remembered.
Hover the clock to see the full date, shown inline without needing a tooltip.
No settings, no database options, nothing to configure — it just works after activation.
